Welcome ... I focus on delivering outdoor group training sessions, where you never know what you are going to get - lots of variety and challenge to help you get fit, no two workouts will ever be the same! You will find the schedule of session on my page. I also offer nutrition reviews and suggestions and will soon also be set up to offer 1:1 or 1:2 personal training sessions.

This page is aimed at supporting you in your fitness and wellness goals, to help provide motivation, inspiration and self belief. It's about exploring change, discovering options, making good choices and achieving success - whatever that might look like for you. This page won't provide all the answers, but it hope's to encourage some thinking, as you consider your own wellness and fitness.

Through everything I have learned and continue to learn - I am in the best place of my life - physically, mentally, emotionally, my family, my relationships and my children. I am passionate about sharing my journey so it may help others achieve 'wellness for life'.
